I always welcome awesome people into my life :)

Just keep moving, working out (doesn't have to be hardcore) and eat well. How do you exactly crash and burn?
-
Deflection. Nice ;)

Dr. Hyman gets real results and you are calling him out on something so minute. Now that's just sad.

Funny! You are right though. Life is short and people should just be happy. However, it saddens me how people on here stress themselves by overeating 100 calories here and there thinking that is what is causing them to hold onto weight when it's more than likely something hormone related (raised cortisol from lack of…

I'm lost. I never mentioned anything about weight loss. I was talking about increased performance. Speaking of that, shouldn't someone who eats 10,000 calories have more energy than someone who eats only 2500 calories according to the law of thermodynamics. Oh that's right, hormones cause the person that eats 10,000…

Not deflecting. I don't get what you want. If I eat a crap ton of calories, I will gain weight due to insulin (a hormone). Not because of the Laws of Thermodynamics. Read... http://drhyman.com/blog/2014/04/10/calories-dont-matter/

I would probably gain weight due to hormones, not the law of thermodynamics. It's crazy to neglect the fact that hormones are what make us lose fat and gain muscle. Did you know bodybuilders can eat huge amount of foods that are at a huge surplus but if they are on T3 or T4, they will lose fat? Also, if a bodybuilder was…

Wow. That guy has a chip on his shoulder. I feel bad for him.

Since winter is around the corner, my "go to" foods are tubers like sweet potatoes and yams (very cheap) and also I'm diggin' pearled barley, carrots, and lentils. All very, very cheap...even the organic versions.

You have to do it the right way

What are these macros you talk about? Kidding. I think certain macro ratios are a good baseline to keep you disciplined but shouldn't be taken as gospel. Experiment with foods that you really enjoy and energize you and the macros of those types of food should be what you should aim for.

Stairmaster, Concept C2 Rower, and the best one out there....lift weights faster and go for higher reps.

Huge calves are a bad thing? Dancer-like legs are a huge turn on.

I performed a sub 8 minute 2000m row on very little sleep and not having much food in my system. I shaved almost 30 seconds off my previous 2000m PR. Must be the good food I actually have been putting into my system :)

I'm curious how many people who are bashing the book have ever really used themselves as a human experiment to see how wheat (or other types of food) affects them. I myself cut out wheat and dairy and my performance in the gym went through the roof! My increased endurance and performance could not be denied. Come to think…

A close friend of mine has Crohns Disease. She's been on so many medications and diets that it has been very frustrating for her. What helped her out was figuring out what foods worked well with her body (obviously). The key is keeping foods separate at first and eat them at least 30-60 minutes apart. This will help you…

Good plan :) Any lower back issues?

It all depends on what your weaknesses are. Your weaknesses lie where you have pain, which is an effect of dysfunction. If you don't have any pain and your mobility is superb, then I would say your accessory list is decent. But, that is hardly ever the case...
