nothing... if I want something I figure out how to fit it in... with that being said, I have drastically changed the way I eat, however I'm doing this for life so I refuse to say I will never have a candy bar or mayo ever again, just not every day like I used to. good luck to all of you ;)

I usually eat around every 2 hours... It's what works for me... I pack breakfast & lunch and then several 100 (or about) calorie snacks for each work day... this keeps me from being hungry and keeps my energy up

Wondering if it is really not wanting to lose anymore weight on the scale or just not wanting to get any smaller????? Most likely caffeine is the problem... drink so black coffee or tea... cut back slowly if at all... i enjoy black coffee & or tea everyday and have lost over 60lbs now... good luck to you

I got some powdered peanut last weekend at Sam's wholesale it's PBfit by better body ... it's yummy ;) ... it has 55 calories... still not bad though

I was getting it quite a bit about 10lbs ago at around 143... now at 133 and people have learned it is my body I eat ALL the time and I am healthy, so yeah they have shut their mouths. I had a problem with boots when I was around that size but as I kept track of my calories in/out and did cardio to lose the weight now that the weight is off boots are actually loose :) I did it using a manual elliptical... so maybe loosen the resistance...

from 214lbs to 137lbs... took about 333 days... first 30days were locarb... but i gave up on that... but for 306 days now I've been tracking calories with MFP, and I LOVE MY RESULTS!!! ;)

to help my friends and family i post pics of my meals occasionally on f.b. so they can see you can lose weight without starving... so far it hasn't caught on with them yet.

I have found that when you eat crap foods you end up having to eat much less and run around hungry all the time. On my journey I have lost over 60lbs and i chose to eat pretty healthy, i wish i could say i don't consume processed foods anymore however i still do i find it is the easiest way to get enough fiber into my diet…

I know all about family not being interested in our new healthy eating habits... I got laughed at on Christmas Day when I was measuring my portions... I was being "ridiculous"... oh well I took it in stride and kept doing my thing... they ain't laughing at my F.A. (fine a**) now...LOL ;)
