    Snacks

Protein powder mixed with water. Not the tastiest but it does the trick.

Something a bit tastier: beltsander brownie

    1 scoop of protein power
    1/4 cup milk
    1/2 tsp of baking soda
    1 tbsp cacao

Mix together and microwave on high for 30-60 seconds.

Bonus points: mix in toppings of your choice (choc chips, berrries, peanut butter, nuts...)

I like devilled eggs. The calories can add up though since they are so delicious that you can help but eat a ton of them. I don't eat meat but I've heard that jerky is good (high sodium though). I would imagine turkey jerky is probably lower calorie than beef.

Eggs if I'm home. I keep boiled eggs in the fridge.

While out, a lot of times I'll get those flavored packets of tuna. 70 to 90 calories can't be beat. Sometimes I have 2. Also, a bag of beef jerky. 240 or so calories for usually around 33g protein.

wisk a scoop of protein powder in natural yogurt. Goes like a mousse. Can be low cal depending on what protein and yogurt you go for.
I like to add chia seeds and berries but this ups the calories :)
