I always use turkey or salmon burgers. They are a lot better for you!! I usually dress them with spinach leaves, hummus, and grilled peppers and onions! It's def a nice treat! =)

I will add you!! I constantly upload new songs onto my i-pod to listen to on the treadmill!! It def helps to keep me motivated since I work out during my lunch break alone!!

That's soo crazy you posted this, I literally just got back from the gym and logged on to enter my excercise when I saw your post. Someone today told me I had strong and toned legs!! I literally could have cut a back flip and I dont even know how to!! lol

Run Run Run girll!!! You burn calories sooo much faster running than when on the elliptical!! I used to be an elliptical girl, then switched to the treadmill and lost a significant amount of weight quicker by running!! I started slow, running .25 then walking .25 until i got to 2.0 miles, and worked my way up from there!!

I have heard the Oxy Elite Pro works well, and also N.O Explope. My bestie takes the Explode before she works out and it gives her lots of energy

I was 155 and in 3 1/2 weeks lost 9.6 pounds. I eat less than 1200 calories a day (healthy foods), drink 9 glasses of water a day, and excercise 3 days a week atleast. Make sure you are walking at a fast pace or jogging. You can do it!! I hadnt been excercising since last July and was able to pull it off!!! Good Luck!!

lots of water!!!! try and excercise 3 days a week for 30 minutes, even if its just walking!! and eat right!! it will be worth it!! you can do it!!
