  • I too glanced at your diary for the past 2 wks. I would focus on all the nutritional goals...not just calories. Going over on Fat & Carbs will affect your weight loss also. Hope that helps! You are still losing...so stay positive.

  • You may not be eating enough, especially on days when you're exercising. I agree with the others, you should make your diary public and people can give you other suggestions.

  • Going to officially start C25k today. I have kinda been doing it already and didn't know that this existed. My question is, what if I do it more than three days a week. Should I still do week 1 program for 5 or 6 days? or should I move to week 2 program after 3 days of this? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

  • They say eating consistently throughout the day & night is best to keep your metabolism going. I also eat late at night because of my son's schedule. The doctor told me before it doesn't matter what time you eat, just that you shouldn't go to bed immediately after. Food is energy...so it's pointless if you eat & go to bed.…
