Thanks all! It stopped by my work twice this summer, which is weird cause I live in such a small town. It was fun, they even took video of a bunch of us associates singing the song.

Welcome! Everyone has given great advice, and pretty much what I would say. :) I do want to add that I have found for me, that lots of lean protein helps keep me feeling full.

The person that wrote our schedule at work and left me alone on the counter, in a deli at lunchtime. At least got some running done.

^this. I use it on sandwiches too, instead of mayo and cheese. Saves me a ton of calories! Also, chocolate mint coconut milk. 50 cals per 1/2 cup and curbs my chocolate cravings.

I used to dump a can of beanless chili in a pan with a package of cream cheese over the top and shredded cheese over that then heated it up. Add about a half a bag of tortilla chips to scoop it. I'd eat most that in a sitting. Then the rest of it for breakfast. Fish and chips at Dennys, but then I'd get the smothered…

I really like having an apple dipped in greek yogurt. Fills me up every time.

I pack the night before too. I do a half sandwich or wrap. Then I mix it up on my sides. I have been doing veggies or pretzels with hummus or apple slices with greek yogurt lately.

I made pumpkin pancakes (recipe on the board) and sauteed apples for breakfast, no lunch yet and I will be putting a taco soup in the crockpot in a few minutes for dinner.

Thanks everyone! I tried this a few months ago and I just didn't follow through. This time, I have a lot more support from family and friends. I have had a couple slip ups this time but have just started over & try not to beat myself up about it. Progress not perfection, right?
