  • when i started at the gym i had that same problem for about 1 week or so. You should try not to push your self to hard at first let your body build up to it . in the mean time use ice packs they help wonders not only with pain but with inflamation in the muscles . If your going hard at the gym try 2 days gym 1 day off it…

  • a great way to stay focused on here is getting into a blog or forum thats what i found helpful because your always getting new feed back so its harder to lose focuse!!!

  • yess weight loss is hard but this site is very helpful and you get lots of suport . Keep on track each your cal amount and work out and you will see the lbs coming off . !!! good luck add me if you would like support :)
  • dont give up weight loss is hard it takes a lot of hard work it deff does not come over night , but this site helped me a lot iv tried ww low cal and no carbs many times but it was too hard i joined this site not too long ago and iv lost 21 lbs . Keep on track and youll do great . Good luck !!!!! and stay postive !!!

  • i felt the same way i have tried everything and i always lose my control with food . but since i started this i have lost 21 lbs and i feel great dont give up yett !!! try this for a while if you eat the right amount of cals and do so working out it will pay off im telling you if its working for me it can work for you add…
