:wink: Hello all, Ive been actively participating for about 4 weeks, just wanted to see what the community was like before going head first...I appreciate all the positive encouragement I've read from most members responses, this community seems like a great resourse! I'm 31, I'm a busy mother of 4 hoping to someday be comfortable in a regular bathing suit again....;-)

    THANKS SO MUCH! I appreciate your reply! Can I ask how long you've participated in the community? I'm excited, but already at a plateau...my gosh....i'm running like every day and staying within my calorie and carb range.
