Mom to a 2 1/2 year old girl and pregnant with baby girl #2 right now. I didn't lose the "baby weight" with the first one so I have my work cut out for me when I have this baby. (although, I have managed to stay on a good track with this baby)

It stays really close!! The people that are involved with the show stay in close contact with George R.R. Martin. He has even told them how it all ends in case he dies before he finishes writing the series. The books are a amazing!

Last year we went out and I was DD, that was the most horrible New Years! :grumble: It sucks being sober around a bunch of drunk people but it doubly sucks on New Years when people are being idiotic. Since I am pregnant this year I said absolutely not. I will probably go into a hormonal hulk rage on some stupid drunk…

As for accepting. I will read the profile and if they seem like we'll have something in common or if I recognize them from the board, I accept. If it doesn't work out later, I'll delete them. I don't accept if they haven't filled out a profile or have any pictures.

I typically don't send requests to people that get so damn hung up on the "including a message" that they feel the need to put a whole paragraph lecturing about it in their profile. It seems quite pretentious and self important. I have made a few exceptions to that because my friends are super awesome. :wink:

Didn't say that, I am a Mom with another on the way...this place is sunshine and rainbows compared to The Babycenter.com forums, theNest.com forums or any others. Those places are full of something much more sinister than snark.
