86 lb loss in a year with pictures

A year ago on Jan 2, 2012 I decided to get serious about dropping the weight for good. I won't lie it was hard, there were many tears and sweat shed but it was so worth it to be 86lbs lighter! I used MFP for 9 months straight then needed to take a break from logging. I fell in love with running and heavy lifting and clean eating.. I found a great group of friends at the YMCA and they continue to encourage, support and push me. 2013 is the year I get ripped! You can do it too!
