I have the same problem. Most of the time I can talk myself out of stress eating, but there are times that I will stuff my face. After I do that I usually feel guilty so I try to remind myself of that feeling of defeat and guilt before I do it. Try keeping your self busy so that there isnt time to think about food. I wish…

Could be water weight if your doing everything else right. Watch your sodium in take if it doesnt get better in a week or so...try a diuretic.

Dont beat yourself up over it. The good thing is admiting what you did and what you intend to do to make it better. Your only human and rewarding youself every now and then is ok. When Im stressed my first instinct is to grab something I shouldnt have...thats a cycle Im trying to break. Good luck in all you do:)

Thats awesome! Im new to this, and I find it a little confusing because one doctor will tell me one thing about carbs while another says something totally different. I may have to try your approach. :smile:
