  • Anyone still following the whole30 or happygut plans? Theyre very similar. Im doing happy gut. Which does not allow coffee or alcohol. Would love to connect with others on this journey. The reintroduction phase has been a challenge for me. Ldonahue921. I use this on mfp &fitbit.

  • my symptoms are not all digestive. All over body pain, constant sinus issues, bloating and very irregular bowel habits. Some days i have a nearly flat belly. Other days I look like im 7 months pregnant.
  • Just learning about FODMAPS. So far You are the only ones that have any idea what im talking about. Cant find a doc to acknowledge that my issues arent just caliries in vs calories out. Let alone prescribe a nutrition plan.

  • @llwolford my apologies. I wrote an eloquent & inspiring response to u back on the 13th. But it is MIA now. Hmmm. To summarize, i basically reminded u that muscle takes up less space. So id use how ur clothes fit as a better judge than the scale. Hope ur doing well

  • Its great that u r Being aware of ur habits n where u have room to improve. We didnt gain this weight in a week n its not going to fall off in a week. Slow n steady wins the prize.

  • Ease into it. make it a priority but the key is to do things you actually enjoy so you stick with it for the long term. Healthy lifestyle changes. Like a brisk walk at lunch time.   • @jetenold That's actually really good because now you have a reference point! Move a little more each day and try to include that same trail (or similar) at least once a week. You'll be surprised and impressed with how quickly you see progress! You can do this!
  • If you're going to a restaurant then ask for the to-go box when you order and box at least 1/2 up right away. I've done this a few times recently and it's been great.
