If you're big on the "on the go" types of snack, I would recommend stocking up on Quest bars. Good healthy high in protein bars with no real bs ingredients. I like the White chocolate raspberry one! I think they have a sale going on right now the entire store is buy 1 get 1 50% off.

I finally broke down and got myself one at Best Buy today also, just opened it and charging it as I type this. Will be using it starting tomorrow also! I been debating forever to get this or wait for the Core 2 but it just seems its never going to be released. So excited!

Same problem I have also..going from 2-3XL to a size large was troublesome. I donated 90% of my clothes and am going to sale what I can to Plato's Closet cause they buy some of the brand named clothes. That's why for this Christmas all I am asking for is clothes lol.

I go over my calorie at least once a week lol. Don't let that pull you down! Just keep at it and the weight will drop. As long as you eat clean the majority of the week, its nearly impossible to gain weight from one cheat day.

Don't ever let anyone tell you that you need FULL RANGE OF MOTION. Everyone's range of motion is different. You will tear your rotator cuffs if you let the weights go too low. I would say so. I eat brown rice daily also and still managed to drop nearly 60 lb total. But I do portion it each meal tho. I would say a fist size per meal and I eat it about 2-3 times a day.

Agreed. Ketostix are not accurate and just used as an estimate. The ketostix will say you are in extreme ketosis if you are dehydrated.

I actually have a shirt that I owned for probably over 5 years with the tag still on it that I never ever fit. I pinned it on my wall now as a motivation that one day I will fit it. Any bit of motivation helps :).
