I cut them and place them in a bag with a little bit of olive oil. I then put them on a baking sheet lined with foil (season) and back at 425 for around 30 minutes. I usually finish with the broiler to really get the outsides crisp.

I buy Aldi's Fit and Active Cool Whip and put it into the freezer. I usually just grab a tablespoon here and there when I want something rich and creamy. You can have 2 Tbs. for only 20 calories

I have been on it for years now and I don't see any difference in my weight gain after getting it or my wieght loss in general. I think with birth control it is just all in how your body reacts to it.

I usually buy a package of 3 to 4 boneless and skinless chicken breasts. I then crush around a cup and a half of corn flakes and then use an egg white with a splash of water to coat the chicken before rolling it in the crumbs. Get a rescued adolescent aged american pit bull terrier. There are tons in the shelter right now and most around a few months are already on their way to being house trained. I have two that I run with. They have both learned to run right beside me and my little one is only 40lbs.

I would love to join you guys! I am having a dreadful time trying to get under 150 also. I need some other motivation and having to keep up with you might be the extra kick in the butt I need. Also, if I lose ten by Halloween I won't feel so guilty about splurging on some candy!
