what does everyone listen to to sike themselves out while doing cardio or weights? I noticed the more aggresive of a beat the easier it is for me to keep pace. Also makes the time go buy super fast. at least for me anyways. here's what I jammed today:

    k...I know this is really clichet (sp?) but I absolutely HAVE to listen to Eye of the Tiger... I know! I know... but it gets me super psyced!!! After that... anything that has a good beat to it... I have a combination of R&B to Rock... from Ciara to Trust Company! I love variety!

    I listen to Tool and Chevelle at the gym...and at home :wink: , but if Im lifting I also add some mudvayne or korn (very motivating). Ironically, I find the cardio time goes the fastest when I bring a school book to read. I cover the timer and by the time I finsh a chapter (mind you it is heavy material so I have to actually read it and not skim it) Im more than half way through my workout. It kills two birds with one stone!

    Anything rock n roll...I especially love listening to AC/DC, Motley Crue, Cinderella, Ozzy, etc.
    When I want a slower pace, I'll sneak in some Dio.

    I go to pandora.com then click on their salsa mix. Motivates me everytime! even when I clean I do it so I can dance around the house haha
