I tried them for a month or two, I lose a couple extra lbs of water weight I think and they did work as an appetite suppressant but that might just have been placebo effect of me thinking I wouldn't be as hungry when eating them.

I can tell the difference, especiially in your waist. Good luck making it through month 1! I'm doing insanity now and I can only hope for the visible results you have a month down the road. Just curious, what company makes befit in 90 days, it sounds like a jillian michaels program that just came out.

I second the mints idea, I like white tictacs the best. Or get carrots and cut them into little slices so they are coin sized and eat those. or another vegetable cut up small.

I did a couple weeks earlier this year but never got back on track. I'm restarting today so friend me so we can keep each other on track!

CW: about 128lbs GW: 120 or below if its even possible I'm doing insanity religiously and trying not to eat everything in sight haha. With the low amount of weight I have left to lose I'll be happy with 4 or 5 pounds.

I just got one for $30 shipped off amazon because I wanted to play around with having one before shelling out for a bodybugg. Its pyle brand, they are like $70 on the pyle website but only $25 if you buy from amazon.

Oh my gosh you look amazing! I have to say I almost can't believe you did this is a month your progress is so awesome! Congrats on sticking with it so long, this really inspires me to stick with ripped in 30 until the end!

So I went on a bit of a hiatus with my workouts haha. I just did day 2 of level 2 and I followed it up with a 20 miniute turbofire hiit class. i feel like i have decent muscle tone already but just excess fat (bleh haha) so hopefully combined with turbofire I can wear a bikini to the beach this year without feeling too…

My favorite go to snack is a chopped up apple (think little pieces, not slices) and a tablespoon or two of melted peanut butter to dip it it. It takes a while to eat because of all the chewing but it still has crunch and sweetness.

I'm glad other people are looking at this site, I found it a while back and posted it on a board here. Its really interesting to see how other people at your weight compare because there is so much variance.
