I think I am undereating?
So I think the reason I am not really losing weight is that I am undereating. I aim for 12-1400 calories a day and I burn another 200-400 through exercise. My BMR is about 1650. Ripped in 30 challenge for november!
I just found a ton of great reviews for jillian micheals ripped in 30 dvd so I wanted to start it november 1st. Anyone care to join me? I've been running on and off instead of following a workout routine but I find I do better with tracking my calories and exercising when there is a set in stone plan for me to follow haha.

Haven't lost anything for a while.
I"ve been eating like 12-1300 calories most days sometimes upwards on 1400 and exercising daily but I haven't lost a thing since early july. I just upped my calorie goal to 1500 so any advice on upping cals to lose more?

30 day shred and cardio?
I was wondering if it would be too much to join the 30 day shred with cardio? I was going to do 30-60 minutes of cardio in the morning and the 30 day shred when I get home later in the afternoon. My calories are at 1200 and I am 5'3 and 130lbs looking to lose 15-20. Would it be too much exercise?
