I"ve been eating like 12-1300 calories most days sometimes upwards on 1400 and exercising daily but I haven't lost a thing since early july. I just upped my calorie goal to 1500 so any advice on upping cals to lose more?

    Yes, eat your exercise calories.

    I take it you aren't eating your exercise calories back? That might be a good place to start.

    Also, you might find some where to get body fat analyzed, maybe you aren't losing weight but are gaining muscle.

    I can't see your food diary so I can't see what you are eating.

    Maybe a change in your exercise routine might help. Mix it up a little. Bodies adapt; you gotta keep it guessing. Maybe up the intensity a little bit or switch up the order that you do your workouts.
