New Goal for end of feb/march

I can't count the number of times I've started a fittness routine just to give up a week or so in. I'm making this board to track my progress of going through the 30 day shred along with following the turbofire schedule for a month. I just finished day 2 of this and I'm feeing good. I'm also eating about 1400 calories a day. My goal for the month is to get more toned and to lose at least 4lbs. Keep me motivated haha!
