30 day slimdown or alternate other DVDs?

I just got jillian michaels banish fat, boost metabolism and no more trouble zones. I've been alternating between them daily fora week and today I found the 30 day slimdown rotation. I have the 30 day shred too but I was hesitant to try because I'm not sure if I'll get better results doing the slimdown instead of my curren exercise schedule since banish fat and trouble zones are longer workouts. Thoughts?
