A little late to the party haha but here's my new year diet

So I've been stuck at 125lbs for so long since I've gotten used to being this size, and I've had an extra bad week for dieting and exercisng (read none haha). I'm going to do 1400 calories a day and alternate between JM's Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism and No More Trouble Zones six days a week. Going to make myself do this for a month to hopefully did below the 120lb mark. I know it will bring me results, so hope I can stay motivated! What are you plans for the coming year?
