30 day shred and cardio?

I was wondering if it would be too much to join the 30 day shred with cardio? I was going to do 30-60 minutes of cardio in the morning and the 30 day shred when I get home later in the afternoon. My calories are at 1200 and I am 5'3 and 130lbs looking to lose 15-20. Would it be too much exercise?

    I don't think so at all! I'm doing that! i've been doing either 2 levels of shred or shred and banish fat boost metabolism (GREAT cheap workout video of jillian's...holy smokes, i did it this morning!

    I think it's necessary to do extra cardio with the shred. It's a very short workout and only about 6 minutes total is actual cardio. I always recommend people do additional cardio to it, so no, I don't think it will be too much!

    I usually do some type of cardio as well as the Shred and no I don't think it is too much exercise :smile:
