I had seen on the Dr. Oz show about raspberry keytones being all natural weight suppressant, has anyone tried them and are they affective?

I did for about 3 month and did not see a change. I still was losing about 1.5-2 pounds a week.

I tried them for a month or two, I lose a couple extra lbs of water weight I think and they did work as an appetite suppressant but that might just have been placebo effect of me thinking I wouldn't be as hungry when eating them.
