Hello, My goal is to run 4 miles a week and to complete a 5k on the 29th I walk most days with a stroller but I’m trying to fit in a couple runs in the mornings this month. Runs: May 1- 2 miles May 5- 2 miles May 7 - 2 miles May 11- 2 miles Good work everyone!

Maybe you could consider a heart rate monitor to track how many calories you burn during workouts. I have found that I burn far fewer calories than suggested on MFP. As you get fitter you have to up your intensity if you want to continue burning the same amount of calories. I am having the same problem and this is the…

Hi guys I missed yesterday's squats so I tried to make up for them today with a Crossfit workout. Ended up completing 17 cycles in 20 minutes amounting to 255 squats, 170 sit-ups, and 85 pushups. Hi all, got mine in today during my first ever "tabata" interval training circuit ( what makes this circuit training different from others that I've done is you do 20 seconds HARD with 10 second rest and repeat....and repeat...and....so on). Seems like a lot of resting but it really is great for those big 20 second bursts…

I have recently been up a little from my lowest weight. But I can feel that my body is toning and getting stronger. I feel like I have my father's body in a lot of ways lol. I gain muscle in my arms like a dude.... but then again I get to enjoy the thighs of a woman... lol ;)
