There is 90 calories in a Herbalife shake. Depending on what you add as a liquid (I add skim milk, which gives me 180 calories)

I like the Herbalife stuff. They have several flavors too. They even have a new one called Orange Creamsicle. I had one the other night blended with a banana..Yummy! :smile:

In my opinion it would only be good for those who have never exercised. I had one and got rid of it. I couldn't get a good workout from it.

As long as you never go below 1200 calories a day no matter what. When you do that, your body goes into starvation mode and starts "eating/using" your muscles for energy. So just make sure of that and after you work out eating something with protein within 45 minutes of a workout. . :) If your eating back all your exercise…

I just tried The Biggest Loser Boot Camp and liked it. You can customize your workout and it has different levels to try.

Take 2 bunches parsley, 5 mint tea bags, 1 gallon water, then boil them together for 20 minutes. After it's done strain the parsley out and then either drink the tea hot or cold.

I like the Herbalife shakes. I do 2 shakes a day, 2 snacks, plus a meal. It is very helpful when you are really busy. You can look at my food diary if that helps.:smile:

It has been helping me out. Also since I like chocolate, the dutch chocolate shake is what I usually have. It make things easier for me to follow since I have a busy schedule most days. I have lost about 36 pounds following the Herbalife program.:smile:

Just make sure that you are not going below 1200 calories a day. If you go below that then your body goes into starvation mode.

This is a great site to use. I just started 25 days ago and log in everday. It has helped so much. There are a lot of good suggestions and advice on this site. I have been using Herbalife as well. :smile:
