  • I really like the 30 day shred. I am dripping sweat when I am done and I feel a difference. I like hip hop abs and cardio max as well... cardio max makes me sweat too. hip hops abs is really helping with my abs.. so i would rate them 30 day shred cardio max hip hops abs i like variety, can you tell?

  • I just got Hip Hop Abs Level 2, Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred and The Biggest Loser Cardio Max and OMG. Man did I sweat... it was really intense and I love it! Just thought I would share.

  • I use the lean shakes from gnc (they are yuuuummy!) and I use slimfast high protein. A couple of the girls i work with use whey protein and they say they taste like chocolate milk.

  • I found Betty Crocker Muffin mix at Walmart yesterday. 88 cents a bag. I purchased triple berry and blue berry... each have 120 calories, 12 carbs, 2g fat and 1g of protein. I actually made some of the triple berry last night and had half a muffin with my toast and slimfast this morning!

  • I am having trouble cutting back on my carbs.. I always manage to go over them. Any suggestions on low carb snacks or meals? I picked up some whole wheat pita bread, which I like alot!!!!

  • I have Turbo Jam Fat Blaster and Turbo Sculpt. I do Fat Blaster everyday and have seen wonderful results! I usually combine it with one of the Hip Hop Abs workouts!
