I have been very very very bad since I got back from Florida in August. Gained back on the weight that I lost. :o ( Starting tomorrow I am back on track. WOW!
I just got Hip Hop Abs Level 2, Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred and The Biggest Loser Cardio Max and OMG. Man did I sweat... it was really intense and I love it! Just thought I would share.

Muffins
I found Betty Crocker Muffin mix at Walmart yesterday. 88 cents a bag. I purchased triple berry and blue berry... each have 120 calories, 12 carbs, 2g fat and 1g of protein. I actually made some of the triple berry last night and had half a muffin with my toast and slimfast this morning!
