Could someone give me some examples of what they eat everyday for a 1200 calorie meal plan?

    Most of my breakfasts are Quaker Oats 1 minute oatmeal with blueberries, and lunch is usually salad with some fat free cheddar cheese, and I used Raspberry bliss WishBone spritzer, and then I have a supper with alittle meat, potatoes, and another veggie. I used "I can't believe it's not butter" spray too, to save on cals.
    I have a few snacks like a Fiber One bar, orange, Special K bar, cool whip with 100 cal. oreo crisps, and also slow churned ice-cream.

    I'm copying and pasting my meals from yesterday. However, it included 400 exercise cals. Sorry if that makes it totally useless but I figured I'd post just in case it's helpful!

    8am to 11am
    Hemp Hearts - Hemp Hearts, 1 tbsp or 15 ml
    Bananas - Raw, 0.5 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)
    Nature's Path - Organic Instant Oatmeal Optimum Cinnamon Blueberry Flaxseed, 1 packet (40g)
    Golden Organics - No Salt / Sugar Added Smooth Peanut Butter, 1 tbsp (32g)
    Arrowhead Mills - Organic, Flax Seed Meal, 0.9 Tbls

    11am to 2pm
    Snacks - Popcorn, air-popped, 3 cup
    Gala - Apple, 1 apple medium
    Generic - Maple Smoked Salmon Nugget, 2 pieces

    2pm to 5pm
    Sandwich:
    Island Bakery - Organic 100% Whole Wheat Bread, 2 slice
    Red Bell Pepper, 0.33 medium (148g)
    Earthbound Farm Organic - Baby Spinach, 0.25 cups
    Hummus - Home prepared, 2 tbsp
    Tomatoes - Yellow, raw, 0.33 tomato

    5pm to 8pm
    North Coast Naturals - 100% Iso Protein, 30 g
    Island Farms - 1% Cottage Cheese Victoria Style, 1/5 cup
    Apricots - Raw, 0.25 apricot
    Turkey Cassarole (peppers, onion, rice pasta, sauce, cheese), 0.25 recipe

    Here is an example of a day for me that is about 1205 calories. I have upped my cals to 1300 tho.

    Breakfast
    Thomas - English Muffin Light Multi-Grain, 1 muffin 100 cal
    Philadelphia Cream Cheese - Strawberry Fat Free, 1 tbsp 20 cal
