I found Betty Crocker Muffin mix at Walmart yesterday. 88 cents a bag. I purchased triple berry and blue berry... each have 120 calories, 12 carbs, 2g fat and 1g of protein. I actually made some of the triple berry last night and had half a muffin with my toast and slimfast this morning!

    Does it have trans fat in it? I was tempted to buy one of the cake mixes one time to use to make a diet coke cake..but thhe label read that it had 1g trans fat per serving..ever since then I've been using pillsbury haha.
