Howdy! Since we are finishing up the 4th of July Challenge, I figure we need a new goal marker! I know I do! I have to go to a huge family gathering on Labor Day, so I am really going to try to push myself! Who's with me?! Let's go people! We CAN do this! There's 8 1/2 weeks until Labor Day on September 1st

I have no idea how much I could lose by September.... especially as we're going on vacation next week, but here goes....

I'll join....It's about 8 weeks away. I hope to lose at least 10 lbs by then and weigh less than 160lbs. Current weight is 169.

Additionally, I need to make time to rollerblade, kickbox/dance, and swim. I miss making time for these hobbies! I started with a baby step this morning - 40 mins. of cardio dance. Does anyone else love to dance for cardio?

So far I've stayed about the same, BUT I went on a 30 mile bike ride last night and hopefully will go back out for 15-20 miles tonight!0

Down 3 pounds, 17 to go! I might have to raise my goal a little bit if I keep losing so much so fast! I am just starting off and need to lose a lot so I think the first month will be fast and then it'll slooooow down.0

Yes! Count me in!!!! I started MFP back in November 2007 at 183 pounds, lost 20 pounds, but then with Spring Break last March and a few other things going on, I totally fell off the wagon and gained back about 10 pounds. So I'm starting completely over. This challenge is prefect because we are going to Lake of the Ozarks for Labor Day weekend! So, here's the stats!!!
