Howdy! Since we are finishing up the 4th of July Challenge, I figure we need a new goal marker! I know I do! I have to go to a huge family gathering on Labor Day, so I am really going to try to push myself! Who's with me?! Let's go people! We CAN do this! There's 8 1/2 weeks until Labor Day on September 1st

    lilprnss - Being the biggest means you'll have the most to be proud of at the end!! I would set a goal of 2lb/week at most, as everyone has plateau weeks now and then. :smile:

    OK, since I didn't make my goal for the 4th of July challenge, what the heck.....

    I have no idea how much I could lose by September.... especially as we're going on vacation next week, but here goes....

    Today, July 5th, I weigh 185.

    So, how about 175 for Labor Day?

    I'll join....It's about 8 weeks away. I hope to lose at least 10 lbs by then and weigh less than 160lbs. Current weight is 169.

    final goal not sure yet i had origanally said 140 but i think thats too low i started in size 22 and im already a size 14 I think im mostly top heavy which im not sure will dissappear..... but I really want to fit in a size 6 thats my goal :)

    I'm ready to stick to this challenge and get over my slip up of a 2.4 gain during the holiday week...grrrr!

    Additionally, I need to make time to rollerblade, kickbox/dance, and swim. I miss making time for these hobbies! I started with a baby step this morning - 40 mins. of cardio dance. Does anyone else love to dance for cardio?
