WOO HOO!! Just what I needed a CHALLENGE!!
Joined MFP Weight: 195
Current Weight: 191.5 (Booo :grumble: I gained a 1/2 pound over the 4th of July)
Labor Day Goal: to Drop 15 pounds weigh in 176.5
Pounds Per Week to Lose: 2 to 3 pounds
Eventual Goal: 140- no more than 145 pounds by my birthday 5/30 in 09'

Things are extremely hectic right now for me. We just moved last weekend and I just started school. Money is extremely tight after the move and I'm really stressed about that (in fact, I had my very first migraine yesterday.. I'm guessing from stress?) and I haven't hit the gym in over a week. I figure with how much work I did last weekend I kinda made up for it, but still. I need to get back on track. I hope this challenge will help!!0 -

Currently I am at 179.2 so I lost 4.4 lbs this week, yeah, but I have been working extra hard as we have our engagement party sunday and I have not seen a lot of these people in months. I should slow back down to the healthy rate the rest of the challange or not well see.0 -
