  • WOO HOO!! Just what I needed a CHALLENGE!!


    Joined MFP Weight: 195
    Current Weight: 191.5 (Booo :grumble: I gained a 1/2 pound over the 4th of July)
    Labor Day Goal: to Drop 15 pounds weigh in 176.5
    Pounds Per Week to Lose: 2 to 3 pounds
    Eventual Goal: 140- no more than 145 pounds by my birthday 5/30 in 09'

    Things are extremely hectic right now for me. We just moved last weekend and I just started school. Money is extremely tight after the move and I'm really stressed about that (in fact, I had my very first migraine yesterday.. I'm guessing from stress?) and I haven't hit the gym in over a week. I figure with how much work I did last weekend I kinda made up for it, but still. I need to get back on track. I hope this challenge will help!!

    Ok so Update.
    Currently I am at 179.2 so I lost 4.4 lbs this week, yeah, but I have been working extra hard as we have our engagement party sunday and I have not seen a lot of these people in months. I should slow back down to the healthy rate the rest of the challange or not well see.

    weigh in...still stuck at 145..for the last month... How frustrating! I lost the first few pounds so quick..now the numbers don't want to budge! Time to give my scale a good beating!!!!!

    Sometimes scale ballet works too!! You know, one toe on lightly, then barely put the other one on or move the scale a little....just kidding :laugh:

    It will move...keep doing what your doing!!!!

    final goal not sure yet i had origanally said 140 but i think thats too low i started in size 22 and im already a size 14 I think im mostly top heavy which im not sure will dissappear..... but I really want to fit in a size 6 thats my goal :)


    This morning I weighed in at 229.4..... down 5 pounds, YAY me !!!!

    Just checking in! I will officially weigh in on Tuesday, but so far so good! Weighed this morning and I'm down two pounds! YAY! So...inspiration to continue to make good decisions this weekend!!!

    OK, I'm in, Labor day happens to fall on my 35th birthday this year!

    Starting weight on MFP back in January- 217lbs-YUCK!!!
    Current weight-166lbs, lost 1lb this week

    Final goal- 140-145lbs by October 5th- my sixth wedding anniversary

    Made it through the weekend without temptation. I even made my famous no bake cookies and didn't eat one (just a few crums)!
    I've lost 2 pounds since starting my lifestyle change and on track to meet my Labor Day Goal as well as final weight goal! :smile: :bigsmile:
