I take Womens Prenatal vitamins (even though I'm not pregnant or trying at all) I like that they help with my hair and nails. My doctor told me that they are fine to take daily.

My husband and I just bought the same one yesterday....very excited for it to come in the mail so we can stop guessing! It has really good reviews so I am hoping it will really help us with our portions!

Like most have said I eat back my exercise calories if I am hungry. When I am not hungry I do not eat them back....I just think of them as extra calories burned for that week! I have been losing 1 pound a week....sometimes more!

I'm on my last 7 pounds and it is getting hard to lose those last few pounds.....the first 30 came off so easily!! I think once I get to my goal weight I'll be happy but I might even want to lose more! It feels so good! Good luck on your last few pounds!

I do all of my workouts at night because it fits into my busy schedule. I also find that it helps me with the want to snack late at night.....when I start craving a snack at night I just go outside for my workout and by the time I get back the craving is gone! I agree...my breakfast is usually only about 200 - 300 calories. I was never a big breakfast person so I am proud of myself for eating breakfast everyday now. I use the majority of my calories on my dinner but we eat dinner fairly early at about 5:00. Then I am normally done eating for the day....no late night snacks!
