We cant see your diary so we don't know what you are eating. You are probably not eating enough things with high enough fibre to keep you full. Things like coleslaw or oatmeal or broccoli work great.

You need to spread out your calories through the day. Also I see no fruits and very few veggies. Micro nutrirnts are vital. Things like potassium ward off fatigue

9 grain is not whole grain either. Caramel coloring and white flour. And soy. Do some research on soy. We were never intended to invest this much soy

The recent research I have been doing would indicate that none of their breads are truly whole grain or whole wheat. They are loaded with soy which for the majority of people is not healthy food.

You are eating way too many carbs. Cut out the bread potato and fries. I eat like a normal person everyday. Chicken veggies fruit. Why are you not planning for your day at work with snacks and lunch packed. 400 cals per meal plus 3 100 Cal snacks is 1500.

My friends who are vegetarians don't preach it or talk about it as the only way. That's what gets peoples backs up. If it works for you that's wonderful. That doesn't work for everything. If the pig of cereal says one cup you need to put it in a one cup meas. Or if you are going to est 2oz of meat you have to weigh it. Eventually you get to where you can eyeball it but at first all of us who have been overrating need the wake up call of seeing what the real portion size is.
