exercise database

Does anyone know how to access the exercise database? I would like to see all the exercises that are in the database. Does anyone know how to enter furniture moving, polishing, mopping, etc?

Click the 'Exercise tab' at the top of the screen. Under that ,in a blue bar, should be a link that says 'Database'. It's the 2nd link. Click that. On the right side of the screen it should say '...or choose an exercise below'. There is a drop down menu of all the different exercises. You are probably looking for 'Cleaning'. There's an option for light effort and vigorous effort.

^ that. But I don't really bother logging things like cleaning, washing dishes, yard work, walking dog.

Why wouldn't you. I have a friend who walks her dogs 2 or 3 miles and she shouldn't log it as exercise?. I have 2 adult children and 2 granddaughters living here and when I clean house which is every other day it is majorally sweaty work. So I log it.

typically its included in your daily lifestyle/activity setting. i did cleaning and laundry and grocery shopping and all kinds of stuff when i was not logging my food and exercise and it didnt help me lose weight, even though id get sweaty doing it.
i sweat when i vacuum, but i dont log it - its just something that gets done once a week.

If you do these things regularly, up your activity level.

If you only do them occasionally, there is an entry for vigorous cleaning.

The amount you sweat is not directly related to the amount of fat you lose.
