:grumble: So I have hit a plateau that has lasted for 3 months now. I started doing a different cardio (Leslie Sansone 4 mile walk, and a 30 minute brisk walk outside(is this good enough to lose weight anyway?)) but no weight loss. I stated eating a lot more sugary foods and I stopped counting my calories. I say to myself,"Well. I'm not losing any weight anyway. And when I eat cupcakes I don't gain anything." *puts cupcake in mouth* Need. Motivation.Now. :sad:

Maybe check the amount of protein you are eating, and reduce the amount fo carbs from processed foods, sorry but that includes cupcakes.0

Sorry I'm at bit dumb.... xD So I joined the Eat, Train, Progress group. I'm not seeing the thing about plateaus... Or do I just ask the person from the other link you sent me?0 -

i linked to the post that explains it. you simply create a new thread in that group with your answers to those questions and they will get back to you by replying on that thread you've created. look through the group a bit and you'll see a bunch of locked threads. read a couple of those and you'll realize those locked threads are people who've done just as i've suggested for you to do.
create the thread with a title like "Help, I'm on a 3-month plateau" or something along those lines. copy and paste the list of questions into your thread and then answer each of them fully on that thread. then wait for Sara or SideSteel to get a chance to go through your numbers and provide some feedback, ask you additional questions, or suggest a course of action for you0 -
