:grumble: So I have hit a plateau that has lasted for 3 months now. I started doing a different cardio (Leslie Sansone 4 mile walk, and a 30 minute brisk walk outside(is this good enough to lose weight anyway?)) but no weight loss. I stated eating a lot more sugary foods and I stopped counting my calories. I say to myself,"Well. I'm not losing any weight anyway. And when I eat cupcakes I don't gain anything." *puts cupcake in mouth* Need. Motivation.Now. :sad:
