If you are eating only 1200 Max and working out on top of it then you may be putting yourself into starvation mode. 1200 is what we need to live on in the very least. And this is if we sit on our bum all day long. If you work out or have more active in the day then you need more calories. That is what I would suggest.

In the past I have just put on my favorite music and danced to it for an hour or more. I turn off all the lights so no one sees me when my son is bed and I just go for it. Actual videos... I have got one from Jillian M and it was great!

I am not a stay at home mom but I am the sole provider for my son and have 100 exactly to lose. We can do this! We just have to put in the time and effort.

I am a size 24 currently. I cannot remember ever being smaller than a 16. To not over-do I want to get to a size 16 again. Once I get there I will aim for a 8 or 10. And from there not sure.

Peanuts are a good source of protein, also some beans are as well. Off the top of my head I cannot tell you which ones, but I think black beans?
