Lost 51 pounds!! Pictures!! 69 more to go

Lost 40 pounds in three months then was at a plateau for two months then finally another 11 pounds! TOTAL 51 LB LOST!!! Im not too sure why i was at a stand still it might of been because i stopped working out because i was out of town. who knows

Worked out Daily, eat little better. Still eat my carbs i love. Just watched my portion sizes. worked out on my stationary bike 30 to 60 min a day, I didn't change my work outs much at all other then upping the resistance level on my stationary bike. Now i just started doing WII game arm work outs while on my bike, and I'm sure that will get the weight loss going even faster.

Still have a long Road ahead of me but im feeling very motivated!
