Yes, I actually took zoloft then Wellbutrin, then Celexa for post partum depression about 10 years ago. I did not gain weight but looking back I had a hard time losing any weight. Then I got off when I got pregnant for the 2nd time. i was able to lose weight after that pregnancy but was not on any antidepressants. I ran a…

Hi, I just started Firm Express this week and love it so far!
-
Hi I just started this on Sunday. I do workout 3 tomorrow. Love it so far! They go by really fast and you feel great after. I also have been trying to do a little walking after the workouts.
-
I agree today I started feeling it was a bit easier....FINALLY!
-
L2D7 completed! Did it as soon as I woke up. Was not too bad.
-
I am still in! I did the workout twice today so I am just a day behind. Completed L2D6.

Aaaah!!! What is happening to us? LOL. I got up and thought about doing it and put it off and ended up getting busy then went to the pool and had some wine and well lets just say the workout is not happening. I am bummed that I did not just do it first thing again. It is hard and I do not know where my motivation went once…

Okay so I did not end up doing it yesterday. But I did it first thing this morning. I think I really needed the day break. L2D4 completed! I may double up one day to catch up..but maybe note..depends on how I feel. I lost another pound though (3 total) and my clothes feel a little looser.

Ha! I know just how you felt this AM because I woke up and went right back to sleep. My body felt all achy. I feel better now and I need to do it before I go to bed tonight. But still not ready...UGH!!!! it is tough!

I bought Jillian's ripped in 30 and shred it with weights so I want to incorporate them when I am done. I might do ripped in 30 but maybe do 6 days per week per level and take 1 day off per week. But if it is all plank moves I know I will hate it...which I am guessing it probably has a lot of planks.. Therefore, I need to…

I completed L2D3--yeah NOT loving it...but I am loving it when I am done. It is hard and it takes everything I have to do it. But I am persevering thanks to his thread. I could not do this on my own. I am still a bit stiff and achy all over.
-
I use 3 and 5 pounds depending on the exercise. I was able to use 8 pounds (back and chest press) on a couple exercises in level 1 but that is not happening in level 2. I use 3 for most and I use 5 for bicep work (the lunge section).

I did L2D2 today. It was exremely tough! Harder than I remember it yesterday..but yesterday I did it when I was still half asleep right after waking up.
-
I feel achy all over today..not really sore just stiff and achy. I slept in instead of doing day 2 this morning so now I need to get this done at some point today. Note to self: It is SOOO much better to just get up and get it over with.
-
L2D1 completed!! Level 2 was tough but not as bad as I was expecting it to be. A couple of the moves near the end I did my own thing (2nd round of plank jacks and the last ab exercise--another plank exercise--UGH ). Man, I hate planks but i know I need to get over it and do them. So I guess my goal obviously by the end of…

Wow! Great results!!! I did my day 10 this morning first thing. I am amazed I actually did this workout 10 times. This message board helped me to stay accountable and I do not want to get behind! :) On to level 2 tomorrow.....

I agree with this. I got peroneal tendonitis on the outside of my foot wearing my running shoes while doing Body Combat classes (kickboxing with a lot of jumping around). This caused an imbalance and I ended up getting IT issues, hamstring and hip problems on my other leg from compensating while running. The doctor told me…

Okay I did 30DS twice today (since I missed yesterday). I am on Level 1 Day 9! One more day!

Honey stinger Energy Chews are AMAZING!!!! I get the fruit smoothie flavor. Definitely my favorite and I have tried everything! I also have GU on me when i run to mix it up and alternate but I prefer honey stingers. Taste great and lots of energy..My running friends call it runner's crack it is so good!(the honey stingers)

Totally agree! You will be amazed at how great your shoes will feel/fit if you get fitted properly at a running store. I used to buy whatever in college when I ran but when I started marathon training I got fitted and therre is no comparsion!! You should have NO breaking in to worry about, no blisters, they fit…

Yes I am nervous about level 2!!! Has anyone does this yet? How does it differ from level 1?

This was me YESTERDAY!! Ugh! I was having a very stressful week and my eating got out of hand and I did not exercise yesterday. I blame the royal wedding because I watched that instead of working out. I feel very bloated today but I got my butt out of bed (this was sooo tough on a SAT to get up early but i had other things…

Finished day 7 first thing this AM. It was really tough today! I felt like I was out of breath from the get go and it was just really difficult. Not sure what my deal was. I like No More Trouble zones and the other one that goes with it that is cardio..forgot the name. those are FANTASTIC workouts. Very tough but not…

I am on day 6 of 30 DS and I am really liking it. I have had this dvd for years but for some reason I did not care for it back then. It is a super intense short workout and you feel fantastic after. If you get it join one of the 30 DS challenges on here. It is keeping me accountable. Oh and I have already increased weight…

I did Jillian's 6 pack abs and yoga meltdown tonight (in addition to 30 DS I did this morning). I overdid it on the easter candy and needed to burn more calories. They were both kind of tough in different ways (not as hard as 30 DS though). They were both free ON DEMAND so thought I would try them.

Do you have a foam roller? They are great for stretching out your calf muscles (or any leg muscles). Or you can also use a rolling pin or tennis ball to roll it on your calf in addition to stretching. I am a runner and I have had all kinds of calf issues (tendonitis/knots) over the years. These are the techniques I use.

QUESTION: So are we supposed to do this everyday for 30 days? Level 1-- 10 day, level 2-- 10 days, level 3-- 10 days? Or are we supposed to rest a day each week? I completed day 5 yesterday and day 6 today--level 1. I have increased my weight on the back exercise and the chest flies. I am getting stronger but it is still…

Completed day 4!! I had to wait until the evening to do it and it was hard. Getting it done early is way better! It makes me feel fantastic after. It is still super tough though especially teh first circuit. I have never loved doing abs but I love the abs on this dvd because I get to lay down. LOL. I also have the new…

L1D3 done! To me the hardest part is the first strength training set after that it is not too bad. I like it. I do feel it is a little bit easier today than day 1. My right arm is sore though. Not sure what that is about. I had to use a lighter weight with my right arm when doing the side lunges when lifting the arms up.

Hi, I am new here but I started 30DS and today was day 2 level 1 for me also. It kicks my butt but I love how I feel after and I love how it goes by quickly! I am a little sore but not too bad.
