All my sports bras are VS ... I lost 50 pounds a few years ago & didn't lose any from my breasts. I am a full 38DDD ... it's all genetics I suppose. I know friends who lose it there first. I always joke that I'll be glad to be a boob donor ... lol ... I

I use the Happy Scale app.

Squats, lunges, and step ups are good starting exercises. I do them weighted, but you can benefit from just doing them with your bodyweight and proper form.

I find that the last 2 or 3 reps in my last set are the hardest and that lets me know I'm at the right weight at that time. When I can get all 12 reps done in the last set without struggling, that's when I go up in weight and start the process again.

I'd be more than happy for mine to get a bit smaller .... finding a DDD is not an easy thing to do ... lol

I would stick to the 7.5 until you can do 3 full sets of the rep range you choose to do. The first set always seems easy! But the trick is getting that third set completed. It's not a race to see how heavy you can get, it's about keeping form and slowing increasing your weights without injury. Just my 2 cents.

If you are syncing your fitbit with MFP you don't enter your walking into MFP, it is accounted for on your fitbit. Log any non-walking activity as exercise on fitbit.
-
Don't log step based activity as exercise and log any other exercise you do in the FB app and not MFP. It will then sync up to MFP correctly.

I don't obsess about the step count on my Fitbit .. I have my goal to reach TDEE calories instead of steps, so I know that on days I don't hit TDEE, I need to eat less and on days I exceed I can have a treat if I want one.

I tried it a couple times only because I had friends having parties ...................... did absolutely nothing for me!!! Total waste of money in my opinion.

They are starving for 21 days. They lose a large percentage of their original weight, as well as energy, strenght and mental focus. This to me proves starvation mode (i.e. gaining weight) is a myth and also proves that proper calories and nutrition benefit you. Just my opinion .................

Also, are you logging any condiments, butter, oil etc you are eating or cooking with? Those can add up very quickly!

Just be consistent and log the same time of the day every time.
