Log morning weight or afternoon

Hiya
so im losing weight each week yay me.
But what should i log my morning weight is 3lb heaver than the afternoon weight there both dropping but what weight should i log..
Im either 203lb or 200lb

Just be consistent and log the same time of the day every time.0

My morning weight....(first thing and nekkid after a shower) is usually my lowest weight, so that's what I log.0

I beleive it isn't about the time of day, but that you are consistent with that time of day. So if you weigh yourself once a week, always do it on the same day AND time.0

Yeah, it doesn't matter. Pick one and watch the trend.0

I weigh every morning, before a shower, 3 feet of wet hair weighs a lot more than dry... and naked. I don't weigh later in the day because what I eat or drink changes daily and adds wt. so that doesn't make it accurate.0
