I mix different things in my eggs...spinach, diced tomatoes, green peppers, onions, cheese, 1 slice of bacon crumbled, salsa. Basically whatever I have in my fridge at the time! It's all very filling!

Ditto on the brushing your teeth, it really works! Also, may suck/chew on some crushed ice? Might trick yourself into thinking you are eating.

At that age, my son wanted one, too. My husband wasn't thrilled, but said as long as it was a "boy-ish" baby doll he was fine with it. I found one that was dressed in a blue/green outfit. My son loved that doll! He played with it for a couple of years! And he is 11 now and is fine!! haha!

My personal trainer told me I need to burn about 300 calories every day, even on days I already workout with him. Haha, 11 cookies is too much! I had a bad PMS day... But I still recorded the calories and came under my goal for the day! I'm okay with it, I've moved on :)

I do make tiny cookies, I can eat it in one bite. It is just the recipe on the back of the Nestle Tollhouse morsels. Ok, scratch 35 calories! I did some online research and they are 60 calories based on the size I am making. But that's still better than what I was recording at 100 calories per cookie.

If you are not seeing the scale move, but know you are gaining muscle, then you are also losing fat at the same time.
