question about TDEE and BMR

So after reading a lot of posts about it, I finally figured out my TDEE and BMR to determine how many calories I need to consume in order to safely lose weight. My question is, do you eat enough of your exercise calories back to stay at or just above BMR by the end of the day?
If I think about this too much, it makes my head hurt! haha! It's just one of those things I have a hard time wrapping my head around!
Thanks!

When you're using TDEE - X calories, you do not eat your exercise calories back, because they are already accounted for when you calculated your TDEE.
It doesn't matter if you go below your BMR or not. It won't kill you. It's not sustainable once you've lost significant weight, but by that point, you should be trying to lose weight slower to allow your body to adapt to the change.0 -
Ahh, that makes sense! Thanks for clarifying!0
