Thanks!

It also looks like you've lost 58lbs so far... so i'm assuming you already know what works?
-
You burned 2400 calories exercising? :o What are yours goals and such? Gonna need more information in order to give you advice
-
Feel free to add me :)

I did them about 10 minutes apart. Sorry forget to mention that in the post.

Are you sure you're logging everything correctly? (item weight, serving size, calories burned etc.) Also, I'm also 19, 5ft 4 and started at 155 pounds haha. I'm 137 now tho and still looking to loose a few more. I'm currently eating 1200-1300 calories and exercising 6 days a week (3-4x cardio, 2x-3x strength). I'm losing…

I don't know the exact number but I THINK I was around 152-153lbs around mid-May of this year. Now I'm at 137lbs. So about 15lbs 2 months.

Yep! :)
-
PB2 is a godsend <3
-
Yes. That's around what i'm doing a day and I'm losing about 1-1.5 pounds a week :)

My only advice is to eat and exercise an amount that you can stick too. If you're too aggressive it's a lot harder to maintain later on. If eating 1230 calories and exercising is completely doable for you then perfect! Ideally you wanna adapt a healthier lifestyle that you can stick too so that you don't put the weight…

Running and strength training got rid of almost all of mine. You can only see it on the back/side of my thighs when I move a certain way lol
-
I get super bad cravings before I get mine haha but I generally don't weigh myself the week before as I tend to gain about 5lbs in water before mine :P
-
I would say around 10ish on average but it really depends on your height. After a 15lb loss i've gone down about a dress size and a little extra. I'm 5ft 4 and went from 152lbs to 138lbs

Thanks guys! Panic level slowly dropping haha I'm gonna give my GP a call tomorrow anyway just to make sure but I'm thinking it's just my body reacting to the changes. I've heard that weight loss + diet changing is a source of stress on your body which affects our cycles anyway.
-
Thanks for the advice :) Glad everything is all right now!
-
THANK YOU. How long did it take to go back to normal?
-
Well my periods have ALWAYS been unusual haha and I've had blood clots before. It just seemed odd that they were happening before my period actually started
-
Yeah I know, but I didn't want to call if it was something I shouldn't worry about :P
-
Thanks :) Yeah I honestly have little other symptoms. Very mild cramping and mild headaches and that's about it. Not tired, no change in appetite, or anything else.
-
I KNOW i'm not pregnant. I"m a virgin :P I've never been diagnosed with endo, but i'll give the doctor a call.
-
Thanks, will do. I'll call tomorrow xP

I'm 5'4" and have also been overweight for as long as I can remember. I'm currently eating 1200 - 1300 calories a day and exercising 6 days a week. Alternating between cardio and strength training and yoga/pilates. My BMR is also really low because apparently with a 1000cal deficit i'm only losing a little over a pound a…

I'm 5'4" SW (May 2014) = ~152 CW (July 9th 2014) = 139 GW = 125 (I think? We'll see) Hopefully by around October or so. I'm going back to college in August so that will be an obstacle to my current routine and I'm expecting it to slow down significant'y because of that. :P
-
Just by your measurements alone you are borderline underweight. Try slowly increasing for a couple weeks then checking your weight again if you want to weigh more. Find an amount of calories to eat that works for you. Also, you need to eat more in order to build muscle significantly.
-
How tall are you? I'm a size 6 at 5' 4" and 138lbs. If you're around my height you'd have to lose ~50lbs in 10 months which would be around a 1lb loss a week which is totally doable! Although I agree with everyone else that you should wait to actually try on dresses in the store. Not only is it a lot more fun but you never…

I was a 34DD before and have definitely noticed my girls have gotten a lot smaller even just after 10lbs. I haven't actually gotten remeasured yet but I"m wearing a 32DD right now and it fits :) Don't know what my actual size is tho (Also, the girls were completely different sizes (1 cup difference) and now look closer in…

Same thing happened to me last month :P I'm assuming my increase in exercise/stress is what its from. I've always been irregular but haven't missed one in a year or so. I also got cramps, headaches bloating etc. but it never came. It's probably our bodies adjusting :)

My goal weight right now is 125. I'm comfortable at my weight right now (~140) but I think an extra -15 would be healthier. I'm also much more muscular now so I'm not looking to much lower than 125
