I dont have kids so i've never had code words for anything. Lol i call it for what it is...but this topic got me thinking and just in case i need to use it...I'd call it "we need to make a deposit" then depending on the urgency....tomorrow, later, or immediately or we might overdraft! I just started using an HRM, it's also a Polar the FT4. Before using it the machines always told me I burned 100 cals less than what my HRM tells me. I was feeling the workout but the damn machines never really hit it on with me. I now only trust my HRM, nothing else really. I hope this helps :-)

I agree with @chevy88grl. Try replacing it and adding on a bit at a time see how your body reacts. I think sometimes our mind wants to go faster than our bodies. It took us all this time to be unhealthy and once we learn how amazing it is to WO and do this we want to zip through it. It's important not to hurt yourself, idk…
