I weigh myself once a week. I use a fit but and that tracks my exersices calories, so I don't manually add anything. I was aiming for a 1 pound loss a week, though I admit I Smaller than I have been in about 9 years. I'm 5'3, 126 pounds. I'm wondering if my body just hit a weight that it's going to stay at.

I do weigh everything I eat. I might not track it like that because I just scan it and make sure that its the same as the label. I weigh my food religiously.

I eat junk food. I just count it in my calories, though honestly I never hit my macros

Totally agree!

I always give in to my cravings, though in a way that won't ruin me. I've realized if I really want an oreo, and I try to eat something else, I end up eating more calories then if I would of had the orero in the first place! I do not keep any of the junk foods in my house. If I really want something bad enough, I have to…

Great job!

You can add me. I think it always helps to see what other people are eating, especially when you are getting sick of the same foods over and over.

Today's step total was 13,238

I would stick with what works for you. I personally eat about every 2 hours. When I eat big meals I feel to bloated and uncomfortable so I keep meals small and stretch them out through the day.

Today my step count was 11,500

Forgot to check in last night! My step count for 10/1 was 11,497

They make coffee syrup. If you get the sugar free, it is 0 calories and adds a great flavor. Or you can buy flavored coffee beans. Powdered creamer is a lot less calories then the kind you keep in the fridge.

Very true!

I've always wanted to try that!

I eat popcorn for an AM snack

I did WW to loose a big part of my weight. Once I got satisfied with my weight (not yet at my goal though close) I came over to MFP. I really like them booth.

You have to learn portion control. It's a hard thing though it can be done. Don't keep chocolate in the house. If you want it, make yourself work to get it.

Hang in there! 20 pounds in 2 months is a lot!

Welcome! I have a fitbit too and love it! Keeps you moving. You can add me if you need a friend

I love the fiber one bars or yasso bars. If I allow myself one of those at night, I seem to be good. For a while I was eating a yasso bar every night (it tastes just like ice cream, though made with Greek yogurt and very low cal). That kept me on track all day. After about a month of that, I don't need a bar every night…

How are you cooking them? In the microwave I think they come out nasty, though I usually boil frozen veggies and spice the same as I do fresh and have no problems.
-
I wouldn't worry. Some days I eat more some days I eat less. Let your hunger be your guide, not a number.

I honestly hate the word "cheat". I don't get it. What are you cheating; yourself? I have whatever I want to eat for dinner, will go out for ice cream now and then though I'm not cheating. I plan ahead for those times so that they fit into my calorie goal and don't do it often. I usually keep breakfast below 200 calories…
