Not an incredible amount! I work at a hotel and use their fitness center everyday after work. Mainly just walking/jogging. hahaha a little misleading eh?

i always lose weight then... after looking around on the forums I see that's the opposite of common.

Thanks!!! My consistent workout is 45 treadmill minutes every day with varying incline and recently this week 30 Day Shred! I also work at a hotel so I am on my feet going back and forth from the front desk to the laundry room my entire shift plus folding all the hotel laundry (which really works up a sweat sometimes!)

I haven't been very vocal in this group but I've been reading and keeping up! I've had a lot of paper work to do for my upcoming schooling so my mind has been elsewhere. However, I've been trying to keep up with the challenges and so far it seems to be working! I'm actually excited for a weigh in for once! :)

1. increased my intensity today :D 3. just bought my mom a wii (she wanted it haha) which should arrive tomorrow. Just Dance 2 and Zumba for wii acquired. sounds fun to me!

Got back with it this week, increased my exercise, spent more time outside, COOKED dinner several times. Was a pretty good week in my opinion. Down 2 pounds! I've gotten MUCH better about getting a couple days of fruits and meals and keeping them in the fridge at work but it can get really difficult!

I sometimes FEEL like I'm living in a dorm. I work late at night at dont have a kitchen I can really use so I have to pick things up daily from the grocery store. It makes it really interesting to eat healthy and avoid stopping at fast food like I used to on my way to work

Sadly I am exactly the same this week. I havent been myself though so staying exactly the same is a good thing in the long run. Felt better the last few days and have been pushing through!

I used to listen to music while I worked out! I ended up picking songs that I had really bonded with when I was a bit younger (music has been my life so I get really emotionally attached haha) so that I can lose myself in the workout.
