JULY (:
Start weight: 145lbs
July goal wt: 130lbs
July 1: 138lbs (-2)
July 8: 136lbs (-2)
July 15: 135lbs (-1)
July 22: TBA (+/- previous week)
July 29: TBA (+/- previous week)
Weighed in a t 135lbs this morning! (: That just excites me. Haha. 135 has been SO hard for me to get to. I don't know if its because I've actually started burning FAT now, or if its because my motivation has just been all shot to **** lately. I've been so tired and run down feeling. I don't know what's causing it, but I feel like I could just sleep for days. "/ I'm trying to eat better and get more sleep so that hopefully I'll start feeling back on track here before too long. I'm so ready to move back to school and have access to all the running trails and the gym (and the *gulp* digital scale). Bah. Anyway - my next "mini-goal" is to be back to my official pre-college weight, 133lbs. I CAN DO IT ... I think. Haha. I definitely flunked out on a few of the challenges this week, but its alright, it happens.
Sorry for the small novel, there.!0 -
Weighed in at 135lbs this morning! (:
CONGRATS! That's terrific! At the rate you're going, you might hit your 133 goal before the end of the month. Exciting!0 -

Thanks! (:
Its funny, because I'm so afraid this isn't real. Anybody else feel like this when it comes to their weight loss? Like, what if I weighed in today ... but I weigh myself tomorrow and I'm back to 136, or even 137? I've been in this range so long I don't feel like I can ever actually get out of it.0 -
Weighed in at 120.4 this morning, so I'm down a little over a pound!
I was also very proud of myself at the movies today. I REALLY wanted butter on my (small) popcorn, but got it without. That's a first for me!
Start weight: 122

suzzanne, if you can't do the exercise challenge, its okay! maybe you can combine the two and the time that you spend doing squats can go toward your bonus 10%.
Ally! great job on the loss! also, excellent choice skipping the butter, the popcorn itself is not the real culprit. I bet after getting on the scale and dropping more than a pound, you didn't want to think about gaining it back or the amount of time it would spend burning it off. Love the NSV!0 -
Ally got me thinking! If anyone has a NSV, please share it! Sometimes we can all use a little inspiration! I will think of mine and share it soon.0

Got back with it this week, increased my exercise, spent more time outside, COOKED dinner several times. Was a pretty good week in my opinion. Down 2 pounds!
Start weight: 217
July goal wt: 210
July 1: 217
July 8: 217 (+/-0)
July 15: 215 (-2) yay!

I believe I'm one of the newest members of the group and wasn't sure how the group thing works. I did read that the weigh-ins are done on a weekly basis and I did my first weigh-in since joing the group on Friday, and was done 2lbs from last Sunday. I did log it on my page, but I wasn't sure where I would post it for the group. I think I may have to go back and read all the post to make sure I'm on the same page as everyone else.
I also noticed that most group members have a tag that indicates how much weight they've lost to date, and I'm not sure how to do that. I'm pretty new to MFP and still making my way around the site, but I'm sure I'll get it together.0 -
Jae- Great job on the 2 pound loss!! you're doing great!0

I did complete 40 squats last night and I closed the kitchen at 9. I didn't go to sleep until 11 and I was so hungry, but I sucked it up. Went to sleep. Woke up and made a good breakfast. So I was very proud of myself for that.
I didn't workout much last week so it shouldn't be too hard for me to workout 10% more than before. for those who already works out 60 mins a day 5 to 6 days a week, maybe you can challenge yourself to increase your intensity by 10% instead of your time!0 -
another 60 squats today. 100 to date!0

Good job on all the squats!another 60 squats today. 100 to date!0

Today was a pretty good day! Fell off the bandwagon a little at lunch time. Didn't get a break at work and wound up snacking really bad. BUT I came home and made a delicious hamburger for dinner with pineapple, strawberries and blueberries. Mmmm, tasty.
Then I laid out a little bit, gotta get some color before I go back to school ... and ... drum roll please ... I ran 2.3 miles without stopping! Bah! That's the farthest I've ran without stopping in SO long. I'm on a complete runner's high right now. Haha.0 -
While I'm here, I want to go ahead and throw out a NSV. I've noticed over the past few days that I don't own a single pair of pants that don't require a belt to hold them up now! The pair I'm wearing right now used to give me the nastiest muffin top ... but now they're wanting to fall down. Small victories? I think so! I guess they were right when they told me it took 10lbs to go down a pant size.0
