Question about 30 Day Shred

For those of you who do this workout, is this the only exercise you do for the day or do you combine it with something else? I'm considering getting it because I've heard that the routines are short, but it's still a pretty intense workout. Is it good enough on it's own?

    For starting out, I think it's excellent just on it's own. People have posted on here pictures of before and after and they're amazing.

    I do the 30 day shred and add in some time on the elliptical on the weekend!
  • I agree with the top post. If you are just starting out, By itself it is good.

    I just started the 30 day shred. I know you are supposed to do it everyday for 30 days, But Im not.

    I am doing it every other day along with C25K. WIth 1 or 2 break days of course!:)

    I'm not too far in but continue to do my 30-45 minutes on the treadmill daily

    Since I started doing 30DS, I am on my 1st week, it has been the only workout I have been doing except for the normal calorie-burning activities I do throughout the day. And if you are curious if I have seen any results, not much on the scale although I am not disappointed either since I am only on week 1 but I have some changes in my body.
